FAQs
Do Members have to be Real Estate Agents and/or Brokers?
Yes, only those Real Estate Professionals, who are actively licensed in a State, Region, or Country, may be Members and make referrals.
If I am a Real Estate Professional, How do I make referrals?
Once you become an active member of ResortAurthority.com you will be provided access to links and banners designed for you to share with anyone you feel may be interested in resort properties. These and other means will be used to introduce those interested in a resort or second home to visit ResortAuthority.com.
Can I still join if I am not a licensed Real Estate Professional?
Anyone who is interested in resort or second home properties may register as a Guest of ResortAuthority.com. Typically our Guests were referred to ResortAuthority.com by their Real Estate Professional. Whether you were referred or you found us on your own, if you are interested in these type of properties, you can register with ResortAuthority.com as a Guest.
Other than the referral fees for Members, are their other benefits to being a Member or a Guest of ResortAuthority.com?
Yes there are. As an active Member you will be encouraged to build a professional profile on ResortAuthority.com, giving you an expanded footprint and presence on the web. Members will also be allowed access to our educational modules, providing them with a more in-depth understanding of the current conditions in the resort marketplace.
The benefit for our registered Guests is simple; we provide you with a single source to search for resort properties all over the world. We have done the searching and hopefully found a resort development that meets your desired needs in a location where you have an interest.
