Our program is simple by design.

Step One: Join the network. There is no cost to you. Create a profile and upload your photo so that your clients can find you on the network.

Step Two: Tell your clients about your new expansion into the world of international resort real estate. Introduce them to The Collection by downloading links and banners from our Referral Center and placing them on your website, emails, and blogs. Who knows which of your clients may be considering a second home at a resort destination?

Step Three: Once your clients register as guests at ResortAuthority.com they are linked directly to you. When they migrate from our website to that of a participating resort, we are aware of that activity. With our custom tracking system, wherever you clients go, they are clearly recorded as your clients. From that point on the resort’s sales team is responsible for converting referrals into sales.

Step Four: When your client closes on a property at one of the participating resorts, you receive a very attractive referral fee directly from the resort.

As a real estate professional, you already know that a referral from a trusted source is much more viable than a random lead.
